MAVIMA GROUP, INC. is proud to feature a Beach Model House which was recently completed and unveiled by the Owner - Landco Pacific Corporation in Playa Calatagan, Batangas. It is a multi-split, two(2)-storey beach house with a total floor area of about two hundred (200) sq. m. that comprises of overlooking living room, dining, kitchen, three (3) bedrooms, balcony, terrace with garagea and mini-swimming pool. The beach model house features a cathedral-type ceiling that extends to the second level of the house, big windows that provide residents an unobstructed view of the South China Sea and mountains and a jacuzzi-sized plunge pool. Inspired by indegenous motifs, the model house is made of local materials that create a rustic ambience.
