Mavima Group, Inc.

MAVIMA GROUP INCORPORATED was organized by experienced Engineers & Architects who were inspired by the increasing trend of construction and infrastructure activities in the country and who desired to actively participate in rebuilding the Philippine economy.

MAVIMA GROUP INCORPORATED was originated by two dedicated and conscientious engineers namely Romeo B. Vinco, former President of the Yokohama Architects & Engineers (YAE) Far East, Inc., an international architectural and engineering firm engaged in Design and Construction Management, and Juancho M. Maglalang, former Chief Executive Officer of Monocrete Builders Incorporated, a constrcution firm.

With experiences in the fields of Planning, Designing, General Construction, and Project Management, and challenged with the advent of changing technology in construction and ever-competitive market, the two (2) engineers saw it fit to incorporate the firm. In January, 1991, it was issued SEC Certificate of Incorporation No. 185934. The following year, it was issued a Contractor's License No. 15056 by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board under Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines. Mavima Group is now categorized under General Building with Category "AA" by the PCAB after fourteen (14) years of existence.
